Biography
2026 Beach Season
• An honorable mention all-Big West Conference selection
• Played in all 31 matches with Ashlynn Archer, including 17 times at No. 1, and 14 times at No. 2
• Spent the first 11 matches of the season at No. 2, before playing 17 of the final 21 at No. 1
• Won 14 matches, the third most in program single-season history (2013-pres.)
• Had a 9-5 record at the No. 2 spot
• Won three of the final four matches of the season, including a 21-18, 21-12 win at No. 1 over CSU Bakersfield in the second round of the Big West Championship
• With the score tied at 2-2 vs. Santa Clara, Ampi/Archer trailed, 10-5, in the third set before storming back to win 15-21, 23-21, 16-14 - snapping the Hornets’ 12-match losing streak to the Broncos
• Went 7-4 in three-set matches
2025 Beach Season
• Appeared in seven matches during her first season with the program
• Went 3-4 during those seven matches
• That included a 3-4 record at No. 5, all with partner Hailey Plugge
• Beat teams from Pacific (twice) and Saint Mary’s
• The win over Saint Mary’s came in three sets (15-5 in the 3rd)
High School
• A 2023 graduate of University Prep High School in Redding, Calif.
• Played all four seasons for the Panthers at libero
• A two-time all-Northern League selection
• During her final two seasons, she helped the team to a 2021 state championship, two section titles, two conference championships, an 81-9 overall record, and 20-0 league mark
Personal
• Daughter of Nicole and A.J. Ampi
• A kinesiology major
• Father, A.J., was a pitcher at Santa Clara from 1998-2002
• Sister, Ryanne, currently plays soccer at Eastern Washington.
