2025 Beach Season
• Played in all 26 matches with partner Ashlynn Archer
• Went 16-10, including 15-10 at No. 2, and 1-0 at No. 1
• The 16 victories set the new Sacramento State single-season record
• The pair never lost more than two straight matches all season long
• At the Big West Championship, Tisko/Archer won in straight sets against 15th-ranked Hawaii
• Had a pair of wins over nationally ranked opponents, as they also beat 17th-ranked Hawaii during the regular season
• Went 7-2 in three-set matches, including a three-set grinder (23-21 in the third) in an eventual 3-2 victory over San Francisco
• The pair won six of their final eight matches of the season
• Tisko’s 41 career beach wins are the second most in program history
• Not only does she own the most individual single-season wins (16), her 14 wins in 2024 are tied for the third best mark
• A Big West all-academic selection for the third straight year
2024 Beach Season
• An honorable mention all-Big West Conference selection with doubles partner Kalani Hayes
• Played in all 28 matches during the season
• Posted a 14-14 record, including an 11-7 mark at No. 1
• Played 14 matches with Caitlin Volkmann, and 14 with Hayes
• The 14 wins tied for the program’s single-season record (Volkmann also had 14 victories)
• Finished the season with Hayes - the tandem went 1-1 at the Big West Tournament, including a win at No. 1 over CSU Bakersfield (21-16, 21-10)
• Tisko/Hayes finished the season with a 9-5 record, including 9-3 at the No. 1 spot
• They won four of their final six matches of the season
• A Big West all-academic selection for the second straight year
2023 Beach Season
• Played in all 23 matches
• Won 10 matches, playing at both the Nos. 2 and 3 spots in the lineup
• Went 8-6 at the No. 2 spot with teammate Caitlin Volkmann
• The duo went 5-2 over the final seven matches of the season
• That included a three-set win over CSUN at the Big West Tournament
• The eight wins are tied for the fourth best mark in Sacramento State single-season history for a doubles team
• Tisko and Volkmann were 5-1 in three-set matches
• Tisko played the first nine matches of the season with Ashlynn Archer
• All her matches with Volkmann came at No. 2…a Big West all-academic selection
2022 Beach Season
• Played in seven matches in an injury-shortened season
• Appeared at both 4 and 5 in the Hornets’ lineup
• Played five matches with Tiyanane Kamba-Griffin, and one each with Kalani Hayes and Caty Cordano
High School
• A 2021 graduate of Mercy High School in Farmington Hills, Mich.
• Played four years of varsity volleyball for the Marlins, primarily at middle blocker
• Helped the team to a 165-13 overall record and 33-0 mark in the Catholic League during her four seasons
• That includes a state championship in 2019, three regional titles, four district championships and three conference tournament crowns
• The team was also a state semifinalist during the 2017 and 2018 seasons
• Tisko had 14 kills in the 2019 state championship match
• Named Div. I second team all-state, first team all-region and first team all-league as a senior
• Also, as a junior, she was a Div. I third team all-state, first team all-region and first team all-league choice
• Over her final two seasons at Mercy, she averaged 2.68 kills per set to go along with a .437 hitting percentage
• A National Honors Society Scholar-Athlete in 2018, 2019 and 2020
• Four-year varsity player on the volleyball, basketball and soccer teams at Mercy High School
• Was named all-league in all three sports
Personal
• Parents are Lori and Tom Tisko
• A health science major who graduated in the spring of 2025
• Played four years for the Michigan Elite Volleyball Academy
• Father, Tom, played football at Michigan Tech.
