Sacramento State

2025 Season

• Earned all-Big Sky honors after finish second in the 110-hurdles and third in the 400-hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships.
• Ran 13.96 at the Arizona Desert Heat Classic to record the fifth-fastest 110H time in school history.
• Was just off that mark in 13.96 in the finals of the Big Sky Outdoors.
• Set his PR in the 400H in the finals of the Big Sky meet in 52.77.
• Finished in first place at the Causeway Classic Dual in both the 110H and 400H.
• Named all-Big Sky in the 60-hurdles after finishing third at the conference meet.
• Ran 7.93 in the finals for the fourth-fastest time in school history.
• Only other indoor action came at the McCluskey Memorial where he had a time of 22.63.

2024 Season

• Scored for the team in the 110-hurdles and 400-hurdles at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships.
• Placed fourth in the 110H with a time of 14.24 in the finals.
• Advanced to that race after running a PR of 14.12 which is tied for eighth in school history.
• Placed fifth at the Big Sky meet in the 400H after running 52.93 to set his PR.
• Finished first in the 110H and 400H at the Sacramento State Invitational and Causeway Classic Dual.
• Also ran as part of the relay teams throughout the season.
• Was fifth at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 60-hurdles.
• Set his career best of 8.02 at the UW Invitational which ranks fifth in school history.
• Had four times under 8.10 during the season.
• Also ran the 200 at the conference meet.
• Other bests were 7.02 in the 60 at the Riverfront Invitational and 21.77 at the Don Kirby Invitational.

2023 Season

• Scored for the team at the Big Sky Championships in the 110H and 400H.
• Placed fifth in the 110H behind a wind-aided time of 14.39 in the finals.
• Fastest legal time during the year was 14.58 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
• Finished first at the Causeway Classic Dual in the 110H and was second in the 400H.
• Ran 54.36 in the finals of the 400H a the conference meet to place fifth.
• That time was more than a second better than his previous best.
• Also ran the 100 and competed in the long jump during the outdoor season.
• Fastest 100 was 11.06 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
• Long jumped 20-10.50 at the Aggie Open.
• Qualified for the Big Sky Indoor Championships during the indoor season in the 200 and 60H.
• Set his PR in the 200 at that meet in 22.15.
• Fastest 60H time was 8.26 at the Washington State Invite where he placed sixth.
• Also ran 7.05 in the 60 at that meet in his only race of the year at that distance.

2022 Season

• Did not compete during the outdoor season.
• Appeared in two meets during the indoor campaign.
• Ran the 60, 200 and 60-hurdles at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational and also ran the 60H at the WSU Open.
• Best times were 7.17 in the 60, 22.88 in the 200 and 8.43 in the 60H.

High School

• A 2021 graduate of Calabasas HS.
• Was the Marmonte League champion in the 400 and the high jump as a sophomore in 2019.
• Finished among the top three in each of his six 400-meter races, including victories in four meets.
• Ran 51.87 at the SoCal Frosh-Soph Championships for his personal best.
• Cleared 5-10 in a dual meet against Westlake HS for his PR.
• Other bests include 11.41 in the 100 and 23.55 in the 200.
• Competed indoors where he ran 8.34 in the 60-hurdles.
