Sacramento State

2022 Season

• Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary in the hammer.
• Earned all-Big Sky honors in the shot put (second), discus (second) and hammer (third).
• Set the school record in the hammer with a throw of 191-06 to win the Sacramento State Invitational.
• Ranks second in school history in the discus following a throw of 167-11 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
• Had a shot put of 49-04.25 at the Big Sky Championships which moved her to fifth place all-time at Sacramento State.
• Indoors, she was all-Big Sky in the shot put after finishing third and added a fourth-place finish in the weight throw.
• Her shot put of 49-02.50 at the Lumberjack Challenge placed her fourth in program history.
• Moved into fifth at Sacramento State following a weight throw of 59-05.75 at the Big Sky Championships.

2021 Season

• Earned all-Big Sky honors in the discus after placing third at the conference outdoor championships.
• Also qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the shot put and hammer.
• Finished first in the discus at the Tri-Team Meet, Hornet Invitational, Sacramento State Open, Sacramento State Invitational and the Causeway Track Classic.
• Best discus throw during the season was 159-10 at the Big Sky meet.
• Set her PR in the shot put at the Causeway Track Classic with a best of 45-02.25.
• Finished first in the event at the Tri-Team Meet and the Sacramento State Open.
• Threw 185-00 at the Sacramento State Invitational to set the school record.
• Won the individual title at that meet as well as the Tri-Team Met and the Causeway Track Classic.

2020 Season

• Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing third in the shot put at the conference indoor championships.
• Also placed fourth in the weight throw to score for the team.
• Set career bests in both events at the Big Sky meet with a shot put of 47-11.75 and a weight throw of 58-02.00.
• Her shot put ranks fifth in school history while her weight throw is the seventh best in program history.
• Her weight throw at the Big Sky meet was nearly three feet beyond her previous best.

2019 Season

• Was the Big Sky champion in the discus with a PR of 163-11.
• That throw was 23 inches beyond her previous best and ranked third in program history.
• Placed among the top three in the discus in five of six meets, including three victories.
• Also competed at the Big Sky Championships in the shot put where she finished ninth following a career best of 43-09.75.
• Longest hammer throw was 136-05 at the Woody Wilson Classic.
• Indoors, she competed in the shot put in two meets and the weight throw in one.
• Had a shot put of 40-04.25 at the Ed Jacoby Invitational and weight throw of 44-04.25 at the New Mexico Classic for her season bests.

High School

• A 2018 graduate of Merrill West HS in Tracy, Calif.
• Placed fourth at the CIF State Championships in the discus as a senior.
• Threw 160-07 in the finals to set her career best.
• Was also the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I and Masters and Tri-Cities Athletic League champion in the event.
• Finished first in the shot put at the TCAL and SJS Div. I Championships.
• Placed fourth at the SJS Masters meet in the event.
• Set her PR with a put of 41-02.50 at the TCAL meet.
• As a junior, she was the TCAL champion, placed second at the Masters meet and qualified for the state meet in both events.
• Won her first conference title in the shot put as a sophomore.
