2016 Season: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary in the 110-hurdles…was the Big Sky champion in the 110H after running 14.07 in the finals……top wind-legal time during the season was 13.93 at the Mt. SAC Relays…ran 13.92 at the Causeway Classic but the wind exceeded the legal limit.

2015 Season: Advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary in the 110-hurdles…ran 13.74 in the first round of that meet which was the second fastest mark in school history…finished 13th in the event after running 13.81 in the second round…was third at the Big Sky Championships in the 110H…also qualified for the Big Sky meet in the 400H…best time in the event was 53.48 at the Sacramento State Open…indoors, he placed second at the Big Sky Championships in the 60-hurdles…matched his career best with a time of 7.88 in the finals…also ran 7.88 at the Jack Johnson Classic…those times are the second fastest in school history.

2014 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, finished third at the Big Sky Championships in the 60-hurdles…ran 8.07 to win the Jacksons Invitational and matched that time in the qualifying round of the conference meet for his season best…also ran the 400 in one meet.

2013 Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 110- and 400-hurdles…was the Big Sky champion in both events…finished first in the 110-hurdles in five meets…ran 14.09 at the Mt. SAC Relays and in the second round of the NCAA West Preliminary for his fastest legal time…crossed the line in a wind-aided 14.04 at the Sacramento State Open…that time places him third in school history…best 400-hurdles time was 51.36 in the Big Sky finals and ranks him third in the Hornet record book…indoors, he finished seventh in the 55-hurdles at the Big Sky Championships…also qualified in the 400…moved into second place in school history after running 8.00 in the 60-hurdles at the Husky Classic…ranks third in the 55-hurdles with a time of 7.54 in the Big Sky qualifying round…also cracked the top 10 (10th) in the 400 (49.18).

2012 Season: Was the Big Sky champion and advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary in the 110-hurdles…ranks seventh in school history with a time of 14.20 in the Big Sky finals…posted wind-aided times of 14.14 in the qualifying round and 14.13 in the semifinals of the NCAA West Preliminary…also qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 400-hurdles…ran 51.36 at the Beach Invitational for his fastest time…indoors, he finished second at the Big Sky Championships in the 60-hurdles…ran 8.08 in the finals which is the fourth-fastest in school history.

High School: Graduated from Manteca HS in 2011…qualified for the state finals in the 110-hurdles in 2011 with a best of 14.33…was named the Valley Oak League and Stockton Record Runner of the Year…other bests included 49.5 in the 400 and 38.6 in the 300-hurdles.

Personal: Has yet to declare a major…parents are Paul and Aunmari Lyons.
