2024 Season
- Competed in five outdoor meets in events ranging from 1500 to 5K.
- Ran the 1500 in three meets with a fastest time of 4:09.88 at the Hornet Invitational.
- Also participated in the mile (4:33.83), 3K (9:07.06) and 5K (15:57.16) in one meet.
- Was entered in one meet during the indoor season.
2023 Season
- Competed in the 1500, 5K and 10K during the outdoor season.
- Ran 4:09.28 in the 1500 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, 15:29.06 in the 5K at the Causeway Classic Dual and 32:29.19 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic in the 10K.
- Placed second in the 1500 at the Causeway Classic Dual.
- Did not compete during the indoor season.
Prior to Sacramento State
- Competed at Santa Rosa JC during the 2021-22 academic year.
- Finished 11th at the CCCAA State Championships in the 10K.
- Set his PR in the event with a time of 32:38.10 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic.
- Qualified for the CCCAA State Cross Country Championships.
High School
- Graduated from Cloverdale HS in 2020.
- Primarily competed in the 800, 1600 and 3200.
- PRs were 2:04.99 in the 800, 45:35.69 in the 1600 and 10:09.44 in the 3200.
