2016 Season: Ran the 3K and the 5K during the season…set her career best in the 3K with a time of 10:46.18 at the Causeway Classic…fastest 5K was 18:22.07 at the Brutus Hamilton Open…did not compete during the indoor season.
2015 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 10K…moved into seventh place in school history with a time of 36:58.25 at the SFSU Distance Carnival…best 5K time was 17:46.83…also competed in the 800, 1500 and 3K during the year…indoors, she ran 17:42.02 at the Husky Classic for the third-fastest 5K in school history…also cracked the top 10 in the 3K where she ran 10:19.40 at the Bronco Invitational to rank ninth.
2014 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, competed in the mile and 3K at the Jacksons Invitational in her only meet.
2013 Season: Ran the 3K, 5K and steeplechase during her first outdoor season…best times were 18:19.18 in the 5K at the Hornet Invitational and 11:51.33 at the Sacramento State Open…redshirted during the indoor season.
High School: Graduated from Arroyo Grande HS in 2012…competed in cross country and track all four years…was a four-time all-Pac-7 Conference selection…finished second at the Pac-7 cross country championships her senior season…best 5K time was 19:02…ran 11:27 in the 3,200 at the CIF Prelims.
Personal: Majoring in forensic chemistry…parents are Niall and Maria Johnston.
