2013 Season: Ran in the 200 and 400 during the outdoor season…set PRs in both events with times of 22.72 at the Woody Wilson and 49.18 at the Sacramento State Open…did not compete indoors.
2012 Season: Competed in the 200 and 400 during the year…best times were 22.97 in the 200 and 50.73 in the 400…did not compete during the indoor season.
2011 Season: Competed in the 400 in four meets…best time was 50.51 at the Bulldog Invitational…indoors, ran the 200 and 400…best 400 time was 49.93 at two meets.
2010 Season: Competed solely in the 400-hurdles during the outdoor season…qualified for the Big Sky Championships…ran 55.80 at the RJ/JJK Invitational for his fastest time of the year…redshirted during the indoor season.
2009 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, he competed in the heptathlon at the Cougar Indoor…also ran the 60-hurdles and long jumped during the season.
High School: A 2008 graduate of De La Salle HS in Concord, Calif...competed in the hurdles, jumps, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays for the Spartans...4x400 team qualified for the state meet finals as a junior...ran on school record-setting 4x200 (1:27.82)... top marks were 15.37 in the 110-hurdles, 39.17 in the 300-hurdles, 21-11 in the long jump, 6-02 in the high jump, 41.95 in the 4x100, and 3:18.69 in the 4x400...was twice named first team all-Bay Valley Athletic League.
Personal: Majoring in communication studies…parents are John and Sue Williamson.
