2013 Season: Ran the 1500, 3K, 5K and steeplechase during the outdoor season…placed second in the steeple at the Cal-Nevada Championships with a PR of 9:11.55…finished first in the event at the Sacramento State Open…indoors, he ran the 3K and 5K.
2012 Cross Country: Competed in the final six meets of the year…led the Hornets at the Big Sky Championships where he placed 21st in 26:14.4…ranked second on the team at the NCAA West Regional after running 31:20.90…that time is the fifth fastest at the West Regional in school history.
2012 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the steeplechase…finished first at the Cal-Nevada Championships with a PR of 9:16.88…also ran the 1500, 3K and 5K during the year…did not compete during the indoor season.
2011 Cross Country: Ran in seven of the eight meets during his first season…led the team at the Big Sky Championships with an 8K time of 26:18.65 to place 18th…also led the team at the Gator Invitational…fastest 8K time was 25:45.5 at the Santa Clara Invitational.
Prior to Sacramento State: Competed for two years at City College of San Francisco…finished first at the California state meet in the steeplechase to earn All-America recognition…led the Rams to a pair of conference and Northern California championships…top times were 9:28 in the steeplechase and 32:16 in the 10K.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Terra Nova HS in Pacifica, Calif…was the school's cross country MVP…ran the mile in 4:33 and the two-mile in 10:04.
Personal: Majoring in film production…twin brother, Luke, also competes for the Hornets in cross country and track…mother is Connie Berman.
