2013 Season: Competed in two steeplachase races during the outdoor season…ran 10:07.18 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge for his season best…did not compete during the indoor season.
2012 Season: Ran the steeplechase in two meets…best time was 9:55.07 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge…did not compete during the indoor season.
Prior to Sacramento State: Attended City College of San Francisco for two years…earned All-America honors in the steeplechase after placing second in the state meet…helped the Rams win a pair of Northern California cross country championships…top times were 9:32 in the steeplechase and 4:02 in the 1,500.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Terra Nova HS in Pacifica, Calif…ran track all four years and competed in two years of cross country…primarily ran the mile and two mile.
Personal: Majoring in film production…twin brother, Mark, is also a member of the Sacramento State cross country and track & field teams…mother is Connie Berman.
