2014 Season: Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.
2013 Season: Redshirted during the outdoor season…indoors, she competed in one meet, running the 200 at the Jacksons Invitational.
2012 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 400-hurdles where she placed ninth…ran 1:04.05 at the Sacramento State Open for her PR…redshirted during the indoor season.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Rancho Verde HS in Moreno Valley, Calif…was a two-time state qualifier in the 4x400 relay…ran a personal best 45.0 in the 300-hurdles as a senior at the Inland Valley League meet…won a Junior Olympic title in 2008 as a member of the 4x800 relay team.
Personal: Has yet to declare a major…parents are Gary Sumpter and Monika Kirkland…sister, Kiersten, is a hurdler at San Diego State.
