Sacramento State

2024 Season

• Ran the 1500 in four meets and competed in the 800 in three.
• Set career bests in both events with an 800 of 1:53.87 at the Causeway Classic Dual and a 1500 of 3:59.87 at the Hornet Invitational.
• Did not compete during the indoor season.

2023 Season

• Did not compete during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2022 Season

• Did not compete during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2021 Season

• Competed in the 800, 1500, 3K and steeplechase during his first collegiate outdoor season.
• Primarily ran the 1500 where he had a best of 3:59.98 at the Fresno State Invite.
• Placed second at the Causeway Track Classic in the 1500 as well as the steeplechase where he ran 10:12.02.
• Fastest 800 was 1:56.88 at the Sacramento State Invitational.

High School

• Graduated from Rocklin HS in 2020.
• Was third at the Sierra Foothill League championships and eighth at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters meet in the 1600 as a junior.
• Set his PR at Hornet Stadium as a senior by running 4:20.58 at the Sacramento State High School Track Classic.
• Ran 9:53.01 for his best 3200 at the Glenn Poole Invitational before his senior season was canceled due to COVID-19.
• Was second at the SFL Championships as a sophomore and third as a junior in cross country.
• Advanced to the Sac-Joaquin Section finals each season and qualified for the California State Cross Country Championships as a junior.
• Ran 15:57.8 at the Capital Cross Challenge as a senior for his career best at 5K.
