2025 Season
- Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing third in the decathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships.
- Scored 6,470 points which ranked ninth in school history.
- Set PRs at the meet in the 100 (11.17), pole vault (12-01.50) and discus (128-01).
- Ran a season-best 15.14 in the 110-hurdles at the Fresno State Invite.
- Competed in the heptathlon and 60-hurdles at the Big Sky Indoor Championships.
- Fastest 60H time during the year was 8.37 in the qualifying round of the Big Sky meet.
- Set his PR in the high jump after clearing 6-00.50 at the McCluskey Memorial.
2024 Season
- Qualified for the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the decathlon, 110-hurdles and high jump but suffered a hamstring injury at the meet which limited his availability.
- Set a career high with 6,164 points in the decathlon at the Aztec Invitational.
- That total was aided by PRs in the 400 (52.59), 1500 (5:16.07), pole vault (10-08.00) and shot put (40-02.25).
- Finished in first place in the javelin in three meets, including the Ben Brown Invitational where he threw 190-06 which ranks 10th in school history.
- Set PRs in the 110H (15.06), high jump (6-01.25) and long jump (22-00.25 at the Causeway Classic Dual.
- Other career bests during the year were 11.19 in the 100 at the Big Sky Championships and 23.20 in the 200 at the Hornet Invitational.
- Placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with 4,380 points.
- Moved into seventh place in school history with 4,846 points at the Riverfront Classic.
- Recorded PRs in all seven events during the year beginning with a 60-hurdles time of 8.30 and a shot put of 43-06.50 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor.
- Cleared 5-11.50 in the high jump and 11-08.00 in the pole vault at the Riverfront Invitational.
- Other PRs were 7.11 in the 60, 3:00.90 in the 1000 and 21-07.50 in the long jump at the Big Sky Indoor Championships.
2023 Season
- Competed during the outdoor season in the 100 and 110H at the RJ/JJK Invitational.
- Missed the majority of the year with an injury before competing at the Big Sky Championships in the 110H.
- Fastest times during the year with 11.36 in the 100 and 15.23 in the 110H.
- Narrowly missed scoring for the team in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships where he placed ninth behind a career best 4,516 points.
- Also competed in the 60-hurdles in the main program of the meet.
- Set PRs in the 60 (7.19), 60H (8.42), pole vault (10-04.00) and long jump (20-08.50) at the Big Sky Championships.
- Best shot put was 42-08.00 at the Lindeman Invitational.
2022 Season
- Finished ninth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with 5,668 points.
- Also qualified for the meet in the javelin but had to withdraw due to injury.
- Finished first at the Causeway Track Classic in the 110-hurdles with a time of 15.04.
- Claimed the individual event title in the javelin at the Sacramento State Invitational and Causeway Track Classic.
- Best javelin throw was 186-01 at the Causeway meet.
- Placed 11th in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Indoor Championships with 4,121 points.
- Competed in the open 60-hurdles at the conference meet where he set his career best at 8.56.
- All seven of his his season bests came at the Big Sky Indoor Championships.
High School
- Graduated from North Creek HS in Bothell, Wash., in 2021.
- Finished second at the Sea-King Championships as a sophomore in the 110-hurdles.
- Ran 15.50 at the KingCo Championships for his PR.also had bests of 11.93 in the 100m, 162-04.75 in the javelin and 6-00.00 in the high jump.
- Placed sixth at the Washington State Combined Event Championships in the decathlon after scoring 5,244 points.
- Also played football and basketball for the Jaguars.
