2014 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the javelin…finished first at the Causeway Classic with a throw of 178-09…best mark was 187-09 at the Mondo Mid-Major Challenge were he finished second…did not compete indoors.

Prior to Sacramento State: Competed at Delta JC in Stockton, Calif., for two years…placed 12th in the javelin at the California state meet as a sophomore…best throw was 184-10 at the NorCal Community College meet…was named the Mustang of the Year both seasons…served as a team captain in 2013.

High School: Graduated from Linden HS in 2011…competed in four years of football and three seasons of track for the Lions…best high school marks were 43-06 in the triple jump, 5-06 in the high jump and 19-02 in the long jump…earned the Mother Lode League character award in 2010.

Personal: Majoring in business administration with an emphasis in economics…parents are Greg Jacobs and Christine Ramsey.
