Sacramento State

2023 Season

• Made his collegiate track and field debut at the Aggie Open where he competed in the long jump and finished with a season best 21-09.50.
• Also ran the 100 and placed fourth at the Causeway Classic Dual with a time of 11.04.
• Had a wind-aided mark of 10.88 at the Big Sky Championships.
• Did not compete during the indoor season.

High School

• A 2020 graduate of Silverado HS in Victorville, Calif.
• Was the Desert League champion in the 200 and long jump and placed third in the 100 as a junior.
• Ran 22.65 in a dual meet against Granite HS for his fastest 200 time.
• Best long jump was 22-07.00 at that same meet.
• Posted a time of 11.03 in the 100 at the Eleanor Roosevelt Invitational as a senior for his fastest 100.
• Also played football where he was named to the all-Desert League team as a receiver and defensive back and was the team MVP as a senior.

Personal

• Is also a member of the Sacramento State football team where he is a wide receiver.
• Majoring in criminal justice.
• Mother is Katti McKeehan.
• Brother, Michael Watkins, played football at Faulkner University.
