2019 Season

  • Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the heptathlon and 100-hurdles.
  • Totaled 4,530 points in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Championships for her season best.
  • Also competed in the heptathlon at the Jim Click Shootout where she scored 4,343 points.
  • Ran 14.83 in the 100H at the Jim Click Shootout for her fastest time.
  • Indoors, she qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the pentathlon where she scored 3,262 points.
  • Totaled 3,126 points in the pentathlon at the UW Invitational.
  • Primarily ran the 60-hurdles when not competing in the multi and had a best of 9.12.

Prior to Sacramento State

  • Attended Clark Community College in Vancouver, Wash., for two years.
  • Finished first in the heptathlon at the Northwest Athletic Conference Championships in 2018 after scoring 4,498 points.
  • Was also second at the NWAC Championships in the open 100-hurdles.
  • Ran a career best 14.34 in the finals.

High School

  • A 2016 graduate of Ridgefield HS.
  • Qualified for the Washington State Championships.
  • Was the district champion in the 800 and high jump and placed second in the 400.
  • Went on to place fifth in the state meet in the high jump.
  • Cleared 5-03.00 in the event during her senior season for her PR.
