2013 Season: Returned to the NCAA West Preliminary in the javelin and also qualified in the pole vault…finished fourth at the Big Sky Championships in the javelin and was fifth in the pole vault…cleared 16-08.75 at the Causeway Classic which moved him into second place in school history…was successful at 16-feet in five meets…best javelin throw was 218-03 at the Causeway Classic…that distance places him second in the Hornet record book…indoors, he tied for seventh at the Big Sky meet in the pole vault…cleared 17-00.75 at the Meyo Invitational which is the second best in school history.
2012 Season: Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2011 Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the javelin…earned all-Big Sky honors after finishing second in the javelin with a career best of 214-08 which ranks as the second longest in school history…threw at least 199-feet in three meets and surpassed 200 feet in his last two competitions…finished seventh at the Big Sky Championships in the pole vault…cleared 16-06.75 at the Mt. SAC Relays for his career best…that height ranks second at Sacramento State…indoors, his best pole vault was 15-11.00 at the Mountain States Games…tied for seventh at the Big Sky Championships…also competed in the triple jump in two meets.
2010 Season: Finished fifth at the Big Sky Championships in the pole vault and also qualified for the meet in the javelin…cleared at least 15-01.00 in all eight meets…top height was 15-07.00 in two meets…best javelin mark was 194-09 at the Mondo Invitational…that distance places him sixth in school history…indoors, he tied for sixth at the Big Sky meet in the pole vault…top height was 15-07.75 at the UW Invitational.
2009 Season: Competed in the pole vault and javelin as a freshman…qualified for the Big Sky Championships in both events…top marks were 15-07.00 in the pole vault and 184-08 in the javelin…indoors, he cleared 15-11.00 in the pole vault to finish fourth at the Big Sky Championships.
High School: Graduated from Roseville HS in 2008…earned first team all-metro honors by the Sacramento Bee…finished second at the state meet in the pole vault as a junior and was third as a senior…top mark was 16-07.00 at the Arcadia Invitational…had the top mark in the Sac-Joaquin Section during the year…finished second at both the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. II meet and the Masters meet in 2008…cleared 16 feet in five meets as a senior…ranked second in the nation after clearing 17-01.00 at the USATF Junior Olympics…was a versatile athlete that also competed in the shot put, discus, high jump, long jump and the 4x100 relay.
