2025 Season
  • Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in the 100-hurdles.
  • Was the Big Sky Champion in the 100H and set the school record by running 13.34.
  • Finished in first place at the Causeway Classic Dual and was second at the Hornet Invitational, Stanford Invitational and Desert Heat Classic.
  • Ran sub-13.5 in her final five races of the year.
  • Ran the second leg of the 4x100 relay team which set the school record of 45.03 at the Causeway Classic Dual.
  • Competed in the 100 in three meets with a career-best of 11.96 to place third at the Causeway meet.
  • Was the Big Sky indoor champion in the 60-hurdles after running 8.41.
  • Set the school indoor record in the 60H in 8.31 at the Don Kirby Elite.
  • Finished in first place in the event at the Spokane Indoor Challenge and McCluskey Memorial and was second at the Wolf Pack Classic.
  • Other bests were 7.73 in the 60 at the Big Sky meet and 25.99 in the 200 at the McCluskey Memorial.
2024 Season
  • Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing second in the 110-hurdles.
  • Ran 13.53 in the final which ranks fourth all-time at Sacramento State.
  • Lowered her time in each meet during the season and had five times of sub-14 seconds.
  • Finished in first place at the Sacramento State Invitational and Causeway Classic Dual
  • Also scored for the team in the 100 where she placed seventh.
  • Posted a time of 12.03 in the qualifying round of the conference championships for her PR.
  • Ran the second leg for the 4x100 relay team which ran 45.54 at the Big Sky meet for the second-fastest time in school history and finish sixth at the meet.
  • Competed in the 200 in one meet.
  • Finished in fourth place at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 60-hurdles.
  • Her time of 8.49 in the finals is the fifth best in school history.
  • Set her PR of 25.75 in the 200 at the Don Kirby Invitational.
  • Fastest 60 was 7.88 at the Riverfront Invitational.
2023 Season
  • Advanced to the NCAA West First Round at Hornet Stadium in the 100-hurdles where she placed 36th.
  • Ran 13.74 in her heat which is the fastest time in the event by a Sacramento State freshman and tied her for sixth overall in school history.
  • Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing second in the 100H a the conference meet.
  • Had a wind-aided mark of 13.49 in the finals.
  • Ran sub 14 seconds in her final four races of the season.
  • Finished first at the Causeway Classic Dual.
  • Fastest 200 was 25.16 at the Causeway meet where she placed fourth.
  • Ran the opening leg of the 4x100 relay which ranked ninth in school history after running 45.86 to place third at the Big Sky Championships to earn all-conference honors.
  • Finished second at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 60-hurdles to earn all-conference accolades.
  • Ran 8.50 in the finals which moved her to fifth in school history.
  • Had a then-career best of 8.55 in the qualifying round of the conference meet.
  • Other bests were 7.90 in the 60 at the Don Kirby Invitational and 26.51 in the 200 at the Lindeman Invitational.
High School
  • A 2022 graduate from Roseville Area HS in Roseville, Minn.
  • Was the Minnesota state champion in the 100-hurdles during her final season with a PR of 13.81 in the finals.
  • Never lost a 100H race during her senior season.
  • Placed first at the MSHSL Section 5AAA Championships in the 300-hurdles.
  • Was seventh at the state meet and the section 4AA champion in the 100H as a junior.
  • Also won the Section 4AA title and was fifth at the state meet in the 300H.
  • As a sophomore she was fifth in the state in the 300H and sixth in the 100H.
