2025 Season
- Ran races ranging from 800-10K during the outdoor season.
- Competed at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the 10K.
- Primarily ran the 1500 where she participated in five meets.
- Top time was 4:34.15 at the Bryan Clay Classic.
- Finished in first place in the event at the Aggie Open.
- Moved into fourth place in school history with a 10K time of 35:42.16 at the Bryan Clay Classic.
- Other bests were 2:17.04 in the 800 and 17:12.26 in the 5K.
- Saw action at the McCluskey Memorial for her only indoor meet.
- Had times of 5:23.99 in the mile and 10:56.75 in the 3K.
Prior to Sacramento State
- Competed at Mesa CC in Mesa Ariz.
- Qualified for the NJCAA Div. I Outdoor Championships in the 1500 and 10K in 2024.
- Finished fifth in the 10K after running 37:02.95 in the final.
- Set PRs in the 800 (2:16.67), 1500 (4:41.44), 5K (17:54.59) and 10K (36:27.76) during the year.
- Placed fifth in the mile and seventh in the 1000 at the 2024 NJCAA Indoor Championships.
- Also competed in cross country where she was second at the NJCAA Div. III Championships in 2022 after completing the 5K course in 18:44.3.
High School
- A 2021 graduate of Flagstaff HS.
- Cross country team won the state, sectional and city titles all four years.
- Also competed in soccer where she earned honorable mention all-Grand Canyon Region.
Personal
- Has yet to declare a major.
- Parents are Edward and Donna Harmon.
- Has two brothers and one sister.
- Sister, Jessi, played soccer for VMI.
