2023 Season
  • Advanced to the NCAA West First Round in the 800 for the fourth time in her career.
  • Earned all-Big Sky honors after placing third in the event at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships.
  • Ran 2:07.31 at the Mt. SAC Relays for her best time of the year and to moved into fourth place in school history.
  • Finished first at the Causeway Classic Dual in 2:08.41.
  • Also ran the 200 in one meet and the 400 in two meets.
  • Had seasons bests of 25.99 in the 200 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational and 56.73 in the 400 at the RJ/JJK Invitational.
  • Earned all-Big Sky honors in the 4x400 relay as she ran the anchor leg for the team which finished third in 3:45.78.
  • Finished third at the Big Sky Indoor Championships to earn all-conference accolades.
  • Made her Hornet debut at the Washington State Invite and ran 2:09.69 for the third fastest time in school history and finish first at the meet.
  • Ran 2:10.53 in the qualifying round and 2:10.45 in the Big Sky finals.
  • Was third at the Lindeman Invitational in the 400 behind a PR of 57.65.
Prior to Sacramento State
  • Competed at USC for four years.
  • Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 800 in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
  • Set the USC indoor record in the 800 with a time of 2:05.68 at the Husky Classic in 2020 and broke that record by running 2:04.81 at the 2022 Husky Classic.
  • Fastest outdoor 800 was 2:04.93 at the Miami Power 5 Trailblazer Challenge.
  • Best times in the 1500 were 4:29.24 (outdoor) and 5:00.27 (indoor).
  • Also competed in cross country where she had a 6K best of 21:48.7 at the UCR Cross Country Invitational.
High School
  • A 2018 graduate of California HS in San Ramon, Calif.
  • Named the school's Outstanding Female Athlete as a senior.
  • Finished first in 12 of 13 meets in the 800 and was second in the other.
  • Was the California state champion in 2017 and 2018.
  • Her high school PR of 2:06.86 was the fastest in the Northern Section since 1981.
  • Finished first at the USATF Junior Olympics in 2016.
