2018 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 5K and steeplechase…ran a career best 9:19.31 in the steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invitational…also set PRs in the 800 (1:58.49 at Hornet Invitational) and 1500 (3:58.52 at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational)…fastest 5K time was 15:40.97 at the UC Riverside Spring Classic…indoors, he qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the mile and 3K…recorded career bests in three events…ran the 800 in 1:59.37 at the New Mexico Classic, the mile in 4:20.23 at the UW Open and the 3K in 8:58.09 at the Bronco Invitational.
2017 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the 1500 and steeplechase…ran 9:26.68 at the conference meet in the steeplechase for his career best…fastest 1500 time was 3:58.58 at the Hornet Invitational…also ran the 80, 3K and 5K during the season…did not compete during the indoor season.
Prior to Sacramento State: Competed at American River College for two years…placed fifth at the Big 8 Championships in the 800 and was ninth in the 1500 in 2014…ran 1:59.44 in the 800 at the conference meet for his fastest time…best 1500 was 4:05.34 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Vanden HS in Fairfield, Calif…qualifed for the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Finals in the 1600 where he ran a personal best 4:27.97…was the Solano County Athletic Conference champion in the 3200 and placed third in the 1600 as a senior…best 3200 time was 10:02.58.
