2025 Season
• Played in 44 games, including 42 starts
• Started games at four positions - 18 at shortstop, 15 at third base, seven at second base, two at designated player
• Hit .281 (32-for-114) with six doubles, six homers, 22 RBIs and a .373 on-base percentage
• Went 4-for-5 with two runs, two homers and six RBIs in a win over Utah Tech
• Had seven multiple-hit games, and five multi-RBI games
• Hit better than .280 in three of her four seasons with the Hornets
• Finished with a .291 career batting average and .372 on-base percentage
• Had a .308 career batting average with runners in scoring position
• A Big Sky all-academic selection
2024 Season
• Played in 37 games, including 10 starts (eight at third base, two at second base)
• Hit .306 (15-for-49) with four doubles, a triple and eight RBIs
• Also had a .397 on-base percentage
• Hit .353 (6-for-17) with runners in scoring position
• Had a team-high 25 plate appearances as a pinch hitter, where she hit .263 (5-for-19) with six walks and a .440 on-base percentage
• Started against Portland State at the Big Sky Tournament and went 2-for-3 with a sacrifice fly and three RBIs
2023 Season
• Played in 29 games, including 20 starts (17 at shortstop, 3 at third base)
• Hit .246 (14-for-57) with eight walks, 10 RBIs and a .328 on-base percentage
• Averaged one RBI every 5.7 at-bats
• Hit .294 with runners in scoring position
• Hit safely in seven of eight games during a stretch from Feb. 24-March 3
• Had nine appearances as a pinch hitter
• Struck out just six times in 57 at-bats.
2022 Season
• Started all but one game during her true freshman season
• That included 51 starts at shortstop and three at third base
• Hit .313 (45-for-144) with 19 runs, four doubles, three homers, 26 RBIs and a .380 on-base percentage
• Also 6-for-7 in stolen base attempts
• In Big Sky play, Barboza hit .395 (17-for-43) with nine RBIs and a .469 on-base percentage
• Hit .325 (13-for-40) with runners in scoring position
• Over the final 21 games of the season, she hit .400 (22-for-55)
• Had 13 multiple-hit games, and seven multiple-RBI games
• Had an eight-game hitting streak from April 1-19
High School
• A 2021 graduate of Grand Terrace High School in Grand Terrace, Calif.
• Played four years of varsity softball for the Titans
• Rated as the 48th best recruit in the nation by Extra Inning Softball prior to her senior year
• Played all four infield positions, primarily at third base
• The pandemic canceled her junior season, and limited her senior year to 13 games
• Helped Grand Terrace to a combined record of 56-17-1 overall and 30-1 in the Sunkist League
• That includes league championships in 2018 and 2019
• The 2021 team was ranked 12th in the state in preseason rankings by Cal High Sports
• In 13 games as a senior, she hit .579 (22-for-38) with four doubles, a triple, six home runs, 27 RBIs, a .628 on-base percentage and 1.839 ops
• Named first team all-league and was an all-state nominee as a sophomore
• Named second team all-league as a freshman
• During that sophomore season, Barboza hit .400 with a .747 slugging percentage and 1.184 ops after connecting for nine home runs in 95 at-bats
• Overall, during her career, she hit .406 with a .445 on-base percentage, 1.205 ops and 19 home runs in 217 at-bats
• Named to the Principal’s Honor Roll every year of high school.

• A child and adolescent development major who graduated in the spring of 2025
