Biography

2019 Season
Appeared in 45 games, including six starts (four in center field, two in left field)…a team-high 37 of those appearances came as a pinch runner where she scored 14 times…was 14-for-15 in stolen base attempts, and the 14 steals were second most on the team…the 14 stolen bases are also the third most in Sacramento State’s Div. I single-season history (1990-pres.)…had 18 at-bats during the season, and was flawless in her eight chances in the field.

Prior to Sacramento State

Played two seasons (2017, 2018) at American River College in Sacramento…had an incredible sophomore season in which she batted .415 with 54 stolen bases…was caught stealing just four times…recipient of the NFCA Golden Shoe award after leading the state in stolen bases…also named a first team All-American, first team all-state and first team all-conference…in 38 games, she scored 36 runs while striking out just once in 130 at-bats…stole at least four bases on five different occasions, including a career-best six stolen bags against Folsom Lake College…had a 14-game hitting streak, and later tacked on an eight-game hitting streak…had a .449 on-base percentage and the .415 batting average was easily the best mark on the team…as a freshman (2017), she hit .421 (32-for-76) with 18 stolen bases…during her two-year career, she hit .417 (86-for-206) with 72 stolen bases while being caught stealing just six times.

High School
A 2016 graduate of Paradise High School in Paradise, Calif…played four seasons of softball, including three on the varsity team…in 97 career games, she hit .422 with 94 runs scored…during her senior year, she batted .469 and was 19-for-19 in stolen base opportunities…as a senior, she was a second team all-section choice after batting .469 from the leadoff spot in the batting order, and serving as the team’s top relief pitcher…led Paradise High School to a spot in the section title game.
