2015 Season
Played in 10 games, including seven starts (three at first base, four at third base)…had 21 at-bats with three hits and a pair of walks…had just one error in 45 total chances in the field (.978 fielding percentage)…went 2-for-4 against Santa Clara, and 1-for-1 with a walk against Saint Mary’s…had three pinch hitting appearances.

High School
A 2014 graduate of Center High School in Antelope, Calif…played four years of varsity softball for the Cougars at third base…a four-year first team all-Pioneer Valley League selection, Martin was a career .422 hitter with 64 runs scored, 19 doubles, 21 stolen bases and 42 RBIs in 73 games…also posted a career .498 on-base percentage, .608 slugging percentage and 1.107 ops…after hitting .368 as a freshman, Martin hit better than .430 each of her final three seasons…for her career, she was 21-for-22 in stolen base attempts…named the team MVP each of her final two years…batted .368, .438, .448 and .431, respectively, during her four seasons…chosen to play for the North squad at the 37th annual Optimist High School Softball All-Star Game in 2014…as a senior, she finished third in the league in batting average and fourth in slugging percentage (.666).

Personal
Parents are Colin and Jackie…an undeclared major…played ASA ball for the Lady Magic of Elk Grove, and was teammates on that squad with Sacramento State players Zamari Hinton, Celina Matthias and Marissa Maligad.
