Biography

2019 Season
Finished 17 dual singles matches during the spring, and appeared in 17 doubles matches…went 8-9 in singles play, including a 7-3 record in conference matches…played at both Nos. 5 and 6 in the team’s lineup, going 1-3 at No. 5 and 7-6 at No. 6…won three of his final four singles matches of the season…was 7-10 in doubles play, all at the No. 2 spot of the team’s lineup…went 7-8 with Josh Snowdon-Poole, and 0-2 with Johannes Gjerdaker…finished career with 23 dual singles victories and 21 dual doubles wins…a Big Sky All-Academic selection for the third straight year.

2018 Season
Played in 16 matches in the team’s singles lineup…played at Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in the lineup…posted a 4-12 dual singles record, including 0-1 at No. 4, 3-5 at No. 5 and 1-6 at No. 6…posted straight set wins over opponents from Saint Mary’s and Montana State…also played in 10 doubles matches, including five times at No. 2 and five times at No. 3 with teammate Dom Miller…a Big Sky All-Academic selection.

2017 Season

Played in 10 dual singles matches during the spring (one went unfinished)…posted a 4-5 singles record, all at the No. 6 spot in the team’s lineup…his last singles match of the season was a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Hawaii’s Chris Cajigan…was 2-0 against Big Sky opposition…played in 15 doubles matches (two went unfinished)…posted a 3-10 doubles record with four different partners…that included a 2-6 mark at No. 2 and 1-4 at No. 3…went 2-3 in doubles play against conference opposition…a Big Sky all-academic selection.

2016 Season
Posted a 7-11 record in dual singles play during his true freshman season…went 2-3 at No. 5 and 5-8 at No. 6…that included a 5-4 record in Big Sky Conference matches…won five of his final nine matches of the regular season…each of his last six singles wins came in straight sets…posted a team-best 11-6 record in doubles play, all at the No. 2 spot of the team’s lineup with Dom Miller…that included a 6-1 record in Big Sky play…the pair won six of their final eight matches of the season, including a 6-1 victory in the quarterfinals of the Big Sky Tournament against Montana.

Prior to Sacramento State
A 2015 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School in Chico…ranked as a three-star recruit by tennisrecruiting.net, and was ranked by the website as the 62nd best recruit in California…won the 2015 doubles championship at the Rio Del Oro Junior Excellence Tournament.

Personal
A communication studies major who graduated from Sacramento State in the spring of 2019.
