2018 Cross Country: Did not compete during the season.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets during his freshman season at Sacramento State…ran 25:46.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational for his fastest 8K time…finished the Big Sky Championships (8K) in 26:52.9 and ran 33:21.5 at the NCAA West Regional (10K).

High School: Graduated from Granite Bay HS in 2017…placed fourth at the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I finals in the 1600 and advanced to the section masters meet where he finished seventh…ran 4:19.53 in the 1600 at the Sacramento Meet of Champions for his career best…was eighth at the masters meet as a junior…also ran cross country where he was second at the Sierra Foothill League and Sac-Joaquin Section championships as a senior…qualified for the California State Championships three times…fastest 5K time was 15:23.6 at the Stanford Invitational.
