Sacramento State

2022 Season

• Ran in all five meets during the season.
• Placed second on the team at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
• Best 8K time was 24:53.5 at that same meet.
• Recorded the 19th fastest time by a Hornet at the Big Sky Championships after running 25:49.5.

2021 Season

• Was in the lineup in three meets during the year.
• Placed third on the team in all three meets.
• Ran 25:42.5 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational for his fastest 8K.

2020 Season

• Competed in both meets during the condensed season.
• Ranked second on the team and placed seventh overall at the William Jessup Invitational with an 8K time of 26:59.9.
• Was third among Hornets at the Big Sky Championships in 27:16.6.

Prior to Sacramento State

• Attended American River College in Sacramento for two years.
• Placed 25th at the 2019 CCCAA Cross Country State Championships.
• Was seventh at the Big 8 Championships and 22nd at the CCCAA Northern California Championships that same season.
• Finished in 19th place at the Big 8 meet as a freshman.

High School

• A 2018 graduate of Monterey Trail HS in Elk Grove, Calif.
• Placed sixth at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters meet in the 800 as a senior with a career best time of 1:55.06.
• Was third at the section Div. I championships that same year.
• Best 1600 time was 4:22.36 at the Del Oro Invite.
• Was part of the 4x400 relay team which finished third at the SJS Masters meet and advanced to the CIF State Championships.
