Over the past four (4) seasons, Sac State football has won the Big Sky Championship three (3) times, had an undefeated season, and earned a place in the FCS Playoffs each year. To maintain this level of success and to compete for a national championship, we need your help. Your gift will help us meet the following needs for our student-athletes:
Summer School
When a student athlete receives a scholarship, it is for the Fall and Winter semester only. We feel it is imperative to our continued success to give all of our football players the ability to stay in Sacramento and train during the summer months. It costs about $3,000 for a student to train during these months. This would include tuition and some stipends. Your generous support would help subsidize these costs.

Team Meals and Nutrition
Having the right food at the right time will help our student athletes achieve the best possible performance. Whether the meal is after a practice, or a healthy snack from our fueling station after a workout, our nutrition program is vital to the success of our program. Our goal is to fuel the Hornets with high-quality, well-balanced food that will help our student athletes perform at their highest ability.
