2023 Season
- Ran the 800, 1500 and 5K during the outdoor season.
- Set PRs in the 800 (1:55.33) and 5K (15:30.11) at the Causeway Classic Dual.
- Placed second in the 800 at the meet.
- Fastest 1500 was 3:59.45 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic to also record a PR.
- Competed at the Big Sky Indoor Championships in the 800.
- Began the indoor season with a career best time of 53.63 in the 400.
- Fastest 800 was 1:57.90 at the Washington State Invite.
2022 Season
- Made his season debut at the Causeway Track Classic where he ran the 800 and 1500.
- Scored for the team after placing third in the 800 at the Causeway team.
- Did not compete during the indoor season.
2021 Season
- Competed in distances ranging from the 800 to the 5K during his first outdoor season at Sacramento State.
- Primary event was the 1500 where he was entered in five meets.
- Fastest time was 3:59.84 to win the Causeway Track Classic and break four minutes for the first time as a Hornet.
Prior to Sacramento State
- Attended American River College in Sacramento for two years.
- Placed 25th at the 2019 CCCAA Cross Country State Championships.
- Was seventh at the Big 8 Championships and 22nd at the CCCAA Northern California Championships that same season.
- Finished in 19th place at the Big 8 meet as a freshman.
High School
- A 2018 graduate of Monterey Trail HS in Elk Grove, Calif.
- Placed sixth at the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters meet in the 800 as a senior with a career best time of 1:55.06.
- Was third at the section Div. I championships that same year.
- Best 1600 time was 4:22.36 at the Del Oro Invite.
- Was part of the 4x400 relay team which finished third at the SJS Masters meet and advanced to the CIF State Championships.
