Sacramento State

2021 Season

• Ranked second on the team in all five meets.
• Had three top 20 finishes, including placing seventh at the Sacramento State XC Invite.
• Ran 17:43.5 (5K) at the Big Sky Championships for the 11th fastest time in school history at the meet.
• Her 6K time of 21:45.0 at the NCAA West Regional ranks 17th in program history.

2020 Cross Country

• Finished third overall and led the team at the William Jessup Invitational.
• Ran 18:54.4 at Jessup for her best 5K time.
• Ranked fourth on the team at the Big Sky Championships.

2019 Cross Country

• Competed in the final four meets of the season where she ranked second on the team in each race.
• Ran 19:41.0 at the Big Sky Championships over the 5K course.
• Best 6K time was 21:29.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
• Earned Big Sky all-academic honors.

2018 Cross Country

• Ran in all six meets and finished second on the team in five of the races.
• Her best 5K time came at the Big Sky Championships where she ran 17:38.5 to place 34th.
• Had a time of 21:14.5 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational for her fastest 6K.
• Finished in sixth place at the Fresno Cross Country Invitational and was 24th at the UCR Cross Country Invitational.

2017 Cross Country

• Competed in four meets during her freshman season.
• Ran 22:19.2 at the UC Riverside Invitational for her fastest 6K.
• Posted a time of 20:06.5 at the Big Sky Championships for her best 5K race.
• Earned Big Sky all-academic honors.

High School

• A 2016 graduate of Pleasant Grove HS in Elk Grove, Calif.
• Competed in the 800, 1600, 3200 and also ran cross country for the Eagles.
• Set career bests in the 1600 and 3200 as a senior with times of 5:22.20 and 11:15.84, respectively.
• Qualified for the Sac-Joaquin Section Masters meet in the 3200 as a senior.
• Was also a section qualifier in cross country.
