Sacramento State

2021 Season

• Competed in all five meets during the season.
• Led the team in three meets and ranked second among Hornets in the other two.
• Placed 19th at the Sacramento State XC Invite for the highest finish on the team during the year.
• Best 8K time was 25:11.4 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
• Recorded an 8K time of 25:31.2 at the Big Sky Championships which ranks 11th in the school record book.

2020 Cross Country

• Led the team in both meets during the season.
• Finished fifth at the William Jessup Invitational with an 8K time of 26:41.4.
• Ran 25:45.0 at the Big Sky Championships for his fastest 8K of the year.

2019 Cross Country

• Competed in all six meets during the season.
• Opened the season by leading the team at the Nevada Twilight Classic where he ran 24:29 over the 8K course.
• Ranked third on the team at the UC Riverside Invitational, Capital Cross Challenge, Big Sky Championship and NCAA West Regional.
• Earned Big Sky all-academic honors.

2018 Cross Country

• Was in the lineup, and scored for the team, in all six meets.
• Best 8K time was 25:01.7 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.
• Ranked third on the team at that meet as well as the NCAA West Regional.
• Earned Big Sky all-academic honors.

2017 Cross Country

• Did not compete.

High School

• A 2017 graduate of Ponderosa HS in Shingle Springs, Calif.
• Was the Capital Valley Conference champion in the 800 as a senior.
• Finished third at the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. II-III finals and was sixth at the masters meet.
• Ran 1:55.06 at the Div. II-III meet for his career best.
• As a junior he was fifth at the Div. II-III meet and 16th at the masters meet in the 800.
• Career bests included 4:26.6 in the 1600 and 10:11.01 in the 3200.
• Also ran cross country.
