2019 Season

• Competed in the 800 and 1500 during the outdoor season.
• Ran the 1500 in a pair of meets and had a best of 4:00.58 at the UCR Spring Classic.
• Did not compete during the indoor season.

Prior to Sacramento State

• Began his collegiate career at Holy Names in Oakland, Calif.
• Ran cross country during the fall and primarily competed in the 1500 during the outdoor season.
• Qualified for the PacWest Conference Outdoor Championships in the 1500 where he finished ninth.
• Fastest time in the event was 3:59.89 at the SFSU Distance Carnival.

High School

• A 2017 graduate of Tokay HS in Lodi, Calif.
• Qualified for the CIF State Championships in the 1600.
• Was the Tri-Cities Athletic League champion and finished third at the Sac-Joaquin Section Div. I and Masters meets in the event.
• Ran 4:14.54 at the Masters meet for his PR.
• Was third at the TCAL meet and fifth at the SJS Div. I meet in the 800.
• Had a career best of 1:57.01 in his final race of the season
• In cross country, he qualified for the CIF State Championships.
• Placed second at the TCAL Championships and was fourth at the Sac-Joaquin Section meet as a senior.
• Fastest 5K time was 15:25.0 at the TCAL Championships.
