2014 Season: Qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the shot put…her season best of 42-03.75 came at the USF Last Chance meet…also competed in the discus and hammer…best discus throw was 114-11 at the Beach Invitational…threw the hammer 149-10 at the Aggie Open…indoors, her top marks were 39-01.75 in the shot put and 49-11.75 in the weight throw at the AIr Force Team Challenge.
2013 Season: Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: Graduated from Red Bluff HS in 2012…qualified for the state championships in the shot put as a senior…that year, she finished first at the North Section Championships, the North Section Div. I Championships and the Eastern Athletic League meet…also finished first in the discus at the EAL meet and was sixth at the North Section Championships…won three consecutive North Section Div. I titles in the shot put…best marks were 40-00.50 in the shot put and 114-05 in the discus…also played basketball and was the captain of the cheer team.
Personal: Majoring in social science…parents are Michael and Faydra Rector.
