                        2013 Sand Season
 Played in six matches during the program’s inaugural sand season…posted a 2-2 record with doubles partner Kelsey Elston, and 0-2 with Chelcy Motes…secured the sand program’s first-ever doubles win when she and Elston beat Cal’s Christina Higgins and Janelle Jordan at No. 5 by a 21-14, 21-19 score.
 2011 Season
 Appeared in all 32 matches as the team’s libero for the third straight   season…an honorable mention all-Big Sky selection for the second   consecutive year…led the Big Sky and ranked 17th in the nation with an   average of 5.46 digs per set…also led the conference with an average of   0.33 aces per set…tallied double digits in digs in each of her last 23   matches, and accumulated at least 20 digs on 18 occasions…overall total   of 655 digs are the third best mark in Sacramento State and Big Sky   history…that included a career-best 40 at Idaho State, the second best   mark in program history…against conference competition, she raised her   digs to 5.56 per set, and recorded at least 11 digs against every Big   Sky opponent…named all-tournament at both the Sacramento State   Invitational and the Saint Mary’s Tournament…served as the team’s libero   each of her final three seasons, and raised her digs per set average   from 1.46 as a freshman (when she was a defensive specialist), to 4.42   as a sophomore, 5.20 as a junior and 5.46 this season…her career total   of 1,948 digs are the second best mark in both Big Sky and Sacramento   State history…also finished her career with 119 aces, tied for the 10th   best mark in school history.
 
 2010 Season
 Appeared in all 32 matches as the team’s libero…an honorable mention   all-Big Sky Conference selection after leading the league and ranking   27th in the nation with 5.20 digs per set…also led the Big Sky with 41   aces, and was tied for third in the league with 0.33 aces per set…had at   least 12 digs in all but one match…the only time she didn’t record at   least 12 came at home against Portland State when she left with an   injury in the first set…her 640 total digs and 5.20 digs per set are   both the fourth best marks in program history…had 18 matches with at   least 20 digs, and two matches with a season-high 32 digs…received 631   serves, the second most on the team…named to all-tournament teams at   both the Sacramento State Invitational and the Comcast Challenge.
 
 2009 Season
 Appeared in all 32 matches as the team’s libero…played in 122 of a   possible 129 sets…finished with team highs in digs (539) and digs per   set (4.42)…the 4.42 digs per set ranked as the fourth best mark in the   Big Sky Conference…recorded at least nine digs in all but one match, and   posted double-figure digs in all but four matches…that included a   season-best 33 digs at Syracuse, which tied for the third most by any   Big Sky player during the 2009 season…had 33 aces, which were the second   most on the team, and her average of 0.27 aces per set tied for the   eighth best mark in the conference…had 10 matches with at least 20   digs…received 717 opponent serves during the year, the second most on   the team.
 
 2008 Season
 Appeared in 27 of the team’s 33 matches, including five starts…finished   with 114 digs and a 1.46 digs per set as one of the team’s defensive   specialists…posted three matches with double figures in digs, including a   season-best 14 against Villanova…also had 13 digs at UC Davis, and 10   digs at Santa Clara…had five aces, including two apiece against both UC   Davis and Fordham…one of eight Hornets named to the Big Sky Conference   all-academic team.
 
 High School
 A 2008 graduate of Centennial High School in Bakersfield, Calif…played   four years of volleyball and one season of softball…in volleyball, she   was a two-time all-Southwest Yosemite League selection during her junior   and senior seasons…was the starting libero both those years, and  helped  the team to a Div. II Valley championship in 2007…as a senior,  she had  512 digs and 4.7 digs per set, the second-best mark in the   conference…that included double-figure digs in 15 of the final 16   matches of the season, and 27 matches overall…had a career-high 35 digs   against North Torrance High School in the 2007 state playoffs…as a   junior, she finished the year with 445 digs and 639 service reception   passes…had 23 matches with at least 10 digs in 2006, including a   season-best 28 vs. Stockdale High School.
  
 Personal
 Parents are Mike and Regina Menees…last name is pronounced Mi-NEECE…a   family and consumer sciences major who graduated in the  fall of  2012…brother, Eric Menees, played baseball at Avila University  in  Kansas City.
