WOMEN'S GOLF HOSTS SACRAMENTO STATE INVITATIONAL AT SIERRA VIEW STARTING MONDAY
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The fourth annual Sacramento State Invitational returns to Sierra View Country Club in Roseville, Calif., on Mon.-Tue., March 19-20. The first day is scheduled for 36 holes with groups going off the first and 10th tees beginning at 8 a.m.. The tournament will conclude on Tuesday with a single round which will also get under way at 8 a.m.

This year's event will feature eight teams as well as 13 individuals. Sacramento State has won two of the three previous team titles, including last season's rain shortened event. The Hornets are also the top ranked team in the field this year and will be paired with Nevada and San Francisco during the first day.

The Sacramento State lineup will consist of Nishtha Madan, Sofie Babic, Corinne Viden, Astha Madan and Julia Becker. Katie Dunaway, Amelia Hicks and Danielle Lozano will also compete as individuals.

The tournament is open to the public and is free.
