WAHIAWA, Hawaii — Sophomore Nistha Madan set the Sacramento State record by shooting 5-under par 67 in the second round of the Rainbow Wahine Invitational on Tuesday. Madan's performance followed a 74 in the morning and tied her for second place after the first day.

Becker is tied for 16th place at 74-73-147. The junior scattered three birdies and five bogeys during the opening round. She was even through her first 15 holes but ended with bogeys on the par-4 first and par-3 second. In the second round she had back-to-back birdies on the par-4 10th and par-5 11th to move to 1-under. However, a double bogey on the par-3 12th and par-4 14th took her to 2-over before a birdie on the par-4 16th.

Sofie Babic, Corinne Viden and Amelia Hicks each totaled 149 and are tied for 24th. Babic started on the first hole and was 1-under after a birdie on the par-3 fifth. She added four bogeys in the round to finish at 75. The sophomore was 2-under at the midway point of her second round with the help of birdies on the par-5 third and sixth. On the back nine, she had four consecutive bogeys (Nos. 11-14) to move to 2-over. She had a birdie, two pars and a bogey over her final four holes.

Viden shot 77 in the first round and added an even-par 72 in the afternoon. Her opening round had two birdies, five bogeys and a double bogey. Viden started the second round on the third hole and was even through six holes. She then had an eight-hole stretch which alternated two bogeys and two birdies. A birdie on the par-4 18th took her to 1-under but she immediately bogeyed the par-4 first to finish even.

Hicks, who was playing as an individual, posted the second and third lowest rounds of her career. She had two birdies, two bogeys and a double bogey in the first round. In the afternoon, she bogeyed her first three holes and was eventually 4-over after a par-5 sixth. She closed with eight pars and a birdie on the par-4 14th.

Senior Astha Madan is tied for 35th with rounds of 77-74-151. Madan had a birdie on the par-4 ninth and also had six bogeys. She had three birdies in the second round along with five bogeys.
