    Chloe Bartek shot an even-par 72 and Astha Madan and Rockelle Sande each added 73s to lead the Sacramento State women's golf team during the second round of the Big Sky Championships on Tuesday at Boulder Creek Golf Club. The Hornets finished the day in third place and are five strokes off the pace of Idaho for the team lead.

    Chloe Bartek matched her career best with a 1-under par round of 71 during he first day of the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic on Monday at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club. Bartek is tied for ninth following the first two rounds and Sacramento State sits in sixth place out of 19 teams.

    Led by 2-under par rounds of 70 from Astha Madan and Rockelle Sande, the Sacramento State women's golf team set a program record during the second round of the Fresno State Classic on Tuesday at San Joaquin Country Club. The Hornets shot 286 during the second round to finish 2-under par. That total broke the school record of 290 and was the lowest of the day among the 14 teams.

    Chloe Bartek led the Sacramento State women's golf team in a rain-shortened first day of the Fresno State Classic on Monday at San Joaquin Country Club. The tournament was scheduled for 36 holes on Monday followed by 18 on Tuesday. However, morning rains forced a switch to a single round both days.

Dunaway shot 74 in the opening round while Madan carded an even-par round of 72 in the afternoon.

    The Sacramento State women's golf team has signed Sofie Babic and Nishtha Madan to National Letters of Intent, it was announced today by head coach David Sutherland. The pair will both enroll at Sacramento State as freshman in the fall of 2016.
