2019 Season

  • Placed sixth at the Big Sky Championships in the decathlon with 5,917 points.
  • Also competed in the decathlon at the Jim Click Shootout where he totaled 6,024 points.
  • Set PRs during the year in the 100 (11.53), pole vault (12-06.25), long jump (20-09.25) and shot put (37-01.25).
  • Indoors, he moved into sixth place in school history with 4,833 points in the heptathlon at the UW Invitational.
  • Recorded personal bests in the pole vault (13-01.50) and shot put (39-10.75) at the meet.
  • Also set PRs in the 200 (22.87), 60H (8.57) and long jump (22-01.00) during the season.

2018 Season

  • Redshirted during the outdoor season.
  • Indoors, he qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the heptathlon.
  • Scored 4,739 points at the Big Sky meet to move into seventh place in school history.
  • Also set PRs in the 60 (7.27), high jump (5-08.00) and shot put (38-02.75) at the meet.
  • Cleared 12-06.75 at the New Mexico Classic and UW Open for his career best in the pole vault and had a long jump of 21-02.25 at the New Mexico Classic.

2017 Season

  • Scored for the team after placing eighth in the decathlon at the Big Sky Championships.
  • Totaled 6,379 which ranked 10th in program history.
  • Also was fifth in the 400-hurdles and eighth in the javelin with a PR of 189-04.
  • That distance was four feet longer than his previous best.
  • Set personal bests in five of the 10 events during the decathlon.
  • Fastest 400H time was 53.56 at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge.
  • Indoors, he qualified for the Big Sky Championships in the heptathlon.
  • Scored 4,487 points at the Snake River Open for his highest mark.
  • That total ranked ninth in school history.

Prior to Sacramento State

  • Was a JC All-American in the 400-hurdles and decathlon as a sophomore at Spokane Falls Community College.
  • Scored 6,448 points to place second in the decathlon at the Northwest Athletic Conference Championships.
  • Was second at the NWAC meet in the 400-hurdles and third in the 110-hurdles.
  • Fastest times were 15.21 in the 110H and 52.76 in the 400H.

High School

  • Graduated from Lakewood HS in 2014.
  • Was the Washington 2A state champion in the 110-hurdles and placed second in the 300-hurdles and javelin.
