The Sacramento State rowing team will open its practices for beginning rowers and anyone who would like to learn about the program. The team will conduct open practices from Sept. 9-13, primarily in the morning on campus.
Practices will last about 90 minutes, and the team will go through conditioning as well as train on rowing machines (ergometers). On-campus practice will take place each morning from Sept. 9-12, and the team will shift its open practice on the 13th to the Sacramento State Aquatic Center.
Anyone interested in viewing on-campus practice can meet in front of the Athletics Center on campus at 6:30 a.m. (Sept. 9-12). Anyone interested in attending the off-campus practice can meet at the Aquatic Center on the Sept. 13 at 2:15 p.m. The schedule is below.
