As a senior (2013): A team co-captain, Zakskorn was the coxswain for the varsity eight in all 11 spring races…coxed the boat to an 8-5 dual-meet record…has been the varsity eight coxswain two straight years.

As a junior (2012): A first team all-WIRA selection after serving as coxswain of the varsity eight in all but one spring race…coxed the boat to a bronze medal at the WIRA Championships, and a sixth place showing (out of 33 entries) at the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia…only time she did not cox the top boat came in a second varsity eight appearance in a dual against San Diego State/UC Davis.

As a sophomore (2011): Was coxswain of the second varsity eight in every spring race…coxed the boat to a gold medal at the WIRA Championships and bronze at the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships…the gold for the JV8 at WIRA’s was the first for the boat since 2004…also coxed the second varsity four against UC Davis.

As a freshman (2010): Competed with the novice eight throughout the spring season in the two, seven and stroke seats…sat at stroke in the boat’s final four races of the spring, including a fourth place finish at the WIRA Championships…sat at stroke with the novice lightweight four on two occasions, and with the second novice eight on one occasion.
