Carter had one punt return and three kick return in the Texans' 30-23 loss at Indianapolis. Carter had a 28-yard kick return and averaged 21.0 yards per kick return.
Houston, which is now 4-3, hosts the Oakland Raiders on Sunday at 1:25 p.m. PT.
Todd Davis (LB, Denver Broncos)
For the second week in a row, Davis tied for the team lead in tackles. This past Thursday night, he had eight total stops, including six solos and a TFL, in Denver's 30-6 home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

McLeod Bethel-Thompson (QB, Toronto Argonauts)
Bethel-Thompson outdueled former Eastern Washington QB Vernon Adams but still saw Toronto come up short in a 27-24 setback against Montreal. Bethel-Thompson completed 35-of-45 passes for 342 and a pair of touchdowns without being intercepted. The game was his second straight over 300 yards and ninth this season.
The Argonauts welcome Ottawa on Saturday at 1 p.m. PT.

Brandon Smith (DB, Calgary Stampeders)
Smith's biggest move came away from the field as he announced he will be retiring following the 2019 season — his 12th with Calgargy. On the field, he had five tackles in a 37-33 win over Winnipeg to keep the Stampeders tied with Saskatchewan for first place in the West.
