SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento State football team moved up to seventh in the STATS FCS media poll and eighth in the AFCA FCS coaches poll, it was announced today. The victory marked the third consecutive over a ranked opponent and kept the team unbeaten through three weeks of Big Sky play for the first time in school history.

The Hornets will stay in California to play at Cal Poly on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m. The team's next home game will be on Saturday, Nov. 2, against No. 4 Weber State at 6 p.m.
