With the return of Keke Coutee to the lineup, Carter was limited to just one snap in Houston's 13-12 win against Jacksonville. Carter did have one punt return for five yards.

Todd Davis (LB, Denver Broncos)
Davis was once again held out of the lineup while continuing to recover from calf injury suffered during the first week of training camp. The lineabacker did not play in Denver's wild 16-14 loss at home to Chicago.

McLeod Bethel-Thompson (QB, Toronto Argonauts)
Toronto had a bye last week. The Argonauts play at Calgary on Friday at 4 p.m. PT in a matchup that will pit Bethel-Thompson against Brandon Smith.

Brandon Smith (DB, Calgary Stampeders)
Smith led the team with eight tackles in a 19-18 win over Hamilton on Sept. 14. The Stampeders blocked a game-winning field goal attempt as time expired and the team improved to 8-4 on the year.
