HOSKINS POINTS TO SACRAMENTO STATE FOR FAVORITE BASEBALL MEMORY

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento State baseball alumnus and current Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Rhys Hoskins pointed to the Hornets and their 2014 Western Athletic Conference Championship as his favorite baseball memory.

Hoskins, who played for Sacramento State from 2012-2014, made his Major League debut with the Phillies in August of the 2017 season. Earlier this week, he sat down to play "Game of Questions" with MLB Network's Alexa Datt.

Datt opened the quick interview by asking Hoskins for his favorite baseball memory.

"Winning a conference title in college, the first one ever for my school."

Hoskins hit .319 with 12 home runs during the 2014 championship season. He also had 18 doubles and drove in 53.
